Southern Fried Salmon Patties,Salmon patties are quick and easy. I got this recipe from my son’s babysitter many years ago. My son is now 20 and we still eat these at least a few times a month. These are very moist when done.,Very tasty! Added 2 tsp. dry parsley flakes and 1 tsp. black pepper. Subbed finely chopped green onion for regular, and dusted patties with cornmeal before frying in a little oil. As they browned, liberally seasoned with dry jerk seasoning on both sides. Just before serving, poured 3-4 tbsp. thick coconut milk over patties to moisten and add flavor. Served with rice and salad. Thanks for sharing, nice quick meal.,How can I print this recipe.
