Add Turmeric, Coriander, Cayenne, Cumin, Fenugreek, Pepper, Fennel, and Salt; Cook Until Fragrant, About 1 Minute. Add Reserved Soaked Fruit and Soaking Liquid and Vinegar; Cook Until Almost All Liquid Evaporates, About 2 Minutes. |
