Pork Chop Casserole with Cabbage, This is a good comfort food! The cabbage and pork come together well The soup mixture with potatoes provides a side dish so this is a one dish meal!, There was no time and tempature to cook this at so I had to guess I cooked it at 350 for one hour and the cabbage was still crunchie Also it was very bland tasting It sounded so good!, Very easy to put together After I seasoned and browned my boneless chops, I set them aside and then using the same skillet, I sauteed the cabbage and onion, just to soften a little I then layered everything according to the directions I covered and baked it in a preheated 350 oven for 1 hour I then removed it and let it sit for another 15 min before serving it The pork chops were so tender we could cut them with our forks Had a nice flavor, will be making this again, thanks!
