Authentic Chinese Pork Chow Mein,No need to order in chow mein when you can make it yourself, this is just as good if not even better than any Chinese restaurant or take-out — if you prefer more flavor then add in more soy sauce — if desired after the pork is finished browning you may add in fresh minced garlic and stir for 2 minutes, this is only optional — you will love this!,Since it’s not authentic and not chow mien I’d say you missed this one entirely. Call it chop sui and call it a day!,I wish I was giving this more stars. But I didn’t get the great results everyone else did. There was no broth left when done cooking so I added a bit of water. That was fixable. But the flavor was weak too. So, I added more soy sauce…about 2 tablespoons and it was not enough. It could still use more, but I am out. It is ok and will get eaten, but I wish it was as great as others had found. Hoping the flavor will be better tomorrow.
