    Chinese Hamburger Hash, This was my mother’s recipe; I don’t know where she found it but it was a staple when I was a kid. I know there are other recipes for Chinese Hamburger Hash on the ‘zaar, but not with these proportions., This is a simple recipe to throw together and would definitely qualify as comfort food. used ground turkey and I felt that substitution made it a little dry, next time I will add more liquid.     Brown Meat, Add Onions & Celery.
