    Cover Bottom of Pan With Hash Browns.

    Add Hamburger, Salt Pepper and Onions.

    Sprinkle Peas on Top.

    Mix Soup and Milk Together and Pour Over Peas.

    Cover With Foil and Bake at 350f For One Hour.
