Another Baked Ziti, I am not very tuned into ricotta cheese, so was happy to find this recipe at Italian Food Forever. My family keeps begging me to make it every week., Makes a lot, well seasoned sauce. I would use full pound of sausage as thought it could use more meat for that amount of pasta.
