In a Large Frying Pan, Heat Olive Oil Over Medium Heat. Add Greens and Cook, Tossing, Until Wilted, 1-2 Minutes.

Lay Prosciutto Slices Flat. Place a Generous Tablespoon of Greens at One End of Each Slice and Roll Into a Tight Cylinder, Taking Care That a Bit of Green Protrudes from Each Open End.

Serve at Room Temperature or Slightly Chilled.
