Long John Silver’s Fish Batter,Mom got this recipe from somewhere a long time ago and passed it on to me. Just multiply the amounts according to how much fish that you have to fry.,Great flavor, but I modified it a bit. All dry ingredients were doubled and rather than 3/4 cup water, used milk. Whisked to a batter consistency and it came out perfect. Great for the deep fried. But terrible for pan fry. Batter will stick even if you start with a hot skillet.,Was a hit! My husband loved it. Thank you!!
