Caprese Salad Tomatoes (Italian Marinated Tomatoes),Another secret from my Italian brother-in-law. This is a great addition to steak!,Simple and delicious! I added half a red onion (sliced fine) and realised I bought parsley, so used that in stead of the basil. I loved dipped bread into the “marinade”. Thanks for posting!!,Crazy addictive! I also added a bit of balsamic vinegar, and one taste of the marinade and I can’t stop going back to it. I added some thinly sliced sweet onion and the taste is just like a favorite tomato salad we used to be able to find at Whole Foods (yay! I can make my own now!). Great on sub sandwiches, burgers, as a side salad, etc.. Thanks so much for sharing this simple and fresh tasting recipe, Shawn! A real keeper!
