Preheat Your Oven's Broiler. |

Grease a Broiling Pan or Line Pan With Aluminum Foil. |

in a Small Bowl, Mix Together the Parmesan Cheese, Butter, Mayonnaise and Lemon Juice. |

Season With Dried Basil, Pepper, Onion Powder and Celery Salt. |
