Directions
Greek Tzatziki,An excellent accompaniment to souvlaki or gyros. Tastes best if allowed to sit refrigerated for several hours. You can find Greek style yogurt for this recipe in Greek or Middle Eastern delicatessins, or just feel free to use plain yogurt.,Very good, but too much garlic for us. Made half the recipe to accompany greek burgers that already had garlic in them. Next time will take down with only 1 or 2 cloves only,This tzatziki sauce is very authentic. We halved the recipe, reducing the garlic cloves to 2, to accompany the Grilled Greek Chicken (#288061) and still had sauce leftover. Thanks for posting.
