LOVE this recipe! The only thing I changed was that used half of the cayenne pepper- roast is super tender and tasty, spiced just right, and a wonderful gravey made with the juices in crock pot- This will definitely be one of my regular dinners. My husband raved about how delicious this roast dinner was.

Crock Pot Pork Roast, Potatoes, and Carrots, I decided to come up with my own Pork Roast recipe for a crock pot. I took a few ideas from the other recipes and this is what I came up with., LOVE this recipe! The only thing I changed was that used half of the cayenne pepper- roast is super tender and tasty, spiced just right, and a wonderful gravey made with the juices in crock pot- This will definitely be one of my regular dinners. My husband raved about how delicious this roast dinner was., Robin, here’s the idea I have that I’m going to try tomorrow. I’m going to include my potatoes in the crock pot with the roast, but once they’re soft I’m going to remove them and then mash them, then make my gravy from some of the roast juices. That way the potatoes still have all that flavor from the roast!
