Amish Friendship Bread Sourdough Pancakes Recipe

Features:
    Cuisine:

I just received some Amish Friendship starter from a co-worker and today was the first day I could use it. I decided to make pancakes since my bf just made banana bread last night. I substituted buttermilk for regular milk to give it a bit more flavor (as if it needed any!), but followed the directions other than that. I would've liked them to have raised a bit more so next time I might add just a little more baking powder. We had these with maple syrup and I'm thinking they'd be even better with fruit. Thanks for a great recipe!
