Eventual Guacamole

Features:
    Cuisine:

My love of homemade guacamole started when I was just 17. I proudly marched into Food Lion and asked the Spanish produce kid where to find the guacamoles ;-) I have tinkered around with the avocado for years now, and believe I have my favorite-no more experimentation needed recipe. It's very smooth and tasty!

For you reader rabbits out there the title is from a Stephen King short story collection I was reading at the time called "Everything's Eventual." Thought it was appropriate since I blew my own mind .. heh heh.
