Cut Tofu Crosswise Into Pieces the Shape of French-Fried Potatoes. |

Heat a Wok, Coat With Oil and Sprinkle on the Salt. |

Add Onion Then Mushrooms, Stir-Frying Each Over High Heat For About 30 Seconds. |
