Iced Rhubarb Tea,This was found in the Montreal Gazette a few summers ago. At that time I really wanted to give this a try, but I still haven’t gotten around to it. Maybe this summer I will.,This is an excellent alternative to lemonade. I love it! Definitely going to be telling people about it. What a great recipe!,I would be tempted to describe this drink as more like a lemonade, rather than an iced tea. It is both tart and sweet like lemonade. What’s great is that you can really taste the rhubarb flavor in it! Thanks for sharing your recipe, Studentchef. [Made for Name That Ingredient]
