Preheat Oven to 300 Degrees. Melt Butter in Microwave With Garlic Powder, Stir to Combine. Pour Pretzels Into Large Bowl. Pour Butter Mix Ovver and Stir Well With Spatula. Sprinkle Parmesan Over Pretzels and Stir to Coat. Distribute Pretzels Onto a Large Jelly Roll Pan and Bake 5 Minutes, Flip Pretzels Over and Bake Another 5 Minutes. Cool and Wait For the Ooos and Ahhs!
