Pine Nut Crusted Tilapia

Features:
    Cuisine:

I think I ground the pine nuts a little too long in the food processor. They started to stick together. I did have to add a little more butter to the pan as it was cooking, as it was starting to dry out. I wasn't too sure at first, but I added an extra sprinkling of garlic salt and dill. It really seemed to be just what it needed.

Pine Nut-Crusted Tilapia,Another nut crusted tilapia recipe. Quick and easy. A spin-off from the Simple & Delicious cookbook.,I think I ground the pine nuts a little too long in the food processor. They started to stick together. I did have to add a little more butter to the pan as it was cooking, as it was starting to dry out. I wasn’t too sure at first, but I added an extra sprinkling of garlic salt and dill. It really seemed to be just what it needed.,Very easy and tasty way to do tilapia. We do not care for dill, so I subbed fresh tarragon from the garden. Will be making this again, for sure. Made for Fall 2012 PAC game.
