Sam’s Loaded Nachos, Total comfort food This is NOT low fat in any way 🙂 For the bag of nacho chips, 400gm is approx cause used half of a 900 gram bag, I have to agree with Bmcnichol, it did need more flavour I agree that it could probably do with some taco seasoning, and I also ditched the olives, and approximated measurements Definately open to personal adjustments Made for PRMR , I made this for my sons band as they practice in our garage every week They liked it but thought the hamburger meat could have used more flavor Next time I might add a packet of taco seasoning I did change up the assemble of this a bit I mixed the refried beans and the salsa right in with the hamburger I didn’t add black olives and topped with lots of cheddar cheese (I didnt measure, I just dumped it on)
