    Louisiana Salmon Cakes, These little cakes are very good If you like yours spicier, use more Cajun seasoning They are delicious for dinner or even for breakfast Excellent served with Ralph & Kacoo’s Tarter Sauce or just lemon wedges , we so enjoyed these salmon cakes, i have never been much of a fan of them myself, but made at DH’s request, and we both loved this recipe I served with a tossed green salad, and tartar sauce , Exactly the way I remember my Mom making! I’m so glad to find this recipe! Thanks!
