Pantry Potatoes,This is a fast, economical,& easy side dish you can throw together at the very last minute – no bothering with peeling potatoes and no chopping. Originally from an old issue of Taste of Home.,What a wonderfully easy, and tasty, recipe to have on hand when needed! In the future I will likely reduce the butter so there is just enough to coat the potatoes, and may try to get them to crisp up a bit with higher heat or a longer cooking time or something… but they are great as is. Thank you! :),Cut this in half and added some garlic with them like Bergy and served them with Kittencalskitchen catfish recipe#171347. So simple and soooo easy. Definately a keeper for times when your in a hurry. Thank you. Made for Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup Tag game.
