Salmon Soup

Features:
    Cuisine:

Sometimes, simple is best. This was really good. The only thing I changed was to use red pepper flakes instead of cayenne (finesse) and I added some sprinkles of soy sauce at the very end for a little body. I also used shallots in place of an onion (hey, they're an onion too!) and (Covid times) frozen spinach (water squeezed out) instead of fresh. We served it over salt / pepper seasoned pad thai noodles. Our salmon was a Bristol Bay Red. Fabulous!
