Spaghetti Rosti With Tuna,This is from Lesley Waters (UK TV-Chef) ‘Easy Ways to Success-Healthy’ cookbook. It can be served hot or cold, so it makes it ideal for lunch boxes or picnics.,Sorry but this not to our liking. Little flavor even when topped with a good tomato sauce.,Not having a pan that could go both on the stovetop AND in the oven, I opted to just bake the entire mixture. It turned out quite well, like a puffy spaghetti quiche! I added quite a bit of extra flavor (salt, cajun pepper, rosemary, oregano, & basil), but wish I had added some bell peppers and one less egg.

Cook the Spaghetti Al Dente, According to Directions. |

Drain and Rinse Under Plenty of Cold Water, Drain Again and Put Aside. |
