Use a meat thermometer instead of guessing.,Made this tonight, turned out excellent! I did brown the chicken first. used a Sweet & Spicy mustard mixed w/ Dijon, extra garlic. Cooked for 2 hours, At the end I removed the chicken, thickened the sauce with corn starch & hot sauce. Delicious & easy.

    Place Chicken in Slow Cooker.

    Combine All Remaining Ingredients and Pour Over Chicken.

    Cook For 4 to 6 Hours on High or 6 to 8 Hours on Low.
