The key is to calibrate correctly to your slow cooker. Mine knocks this recipe out in 1.5-2 hours ON LOW. Any more, and the chicken is badly overcooked. Use a meat thermometer instead of guessing., Made this tonight, turned out excellent! I did brown the chicken first. used a Sweet & Spicy mustard mixed w/ Dijon, extra garlic. Cooked for 2 hours, At the end I removed the chicken, thickened the sauce with corn starch & hot sauce. Delicious & easy.
