Directions
Homemade Sambal Oelek,A staple in Malaysian and Thai cooking. Oelek means grinding so sambal oelek means ground chilli sambal! This can also be frozen.,Why so much SUGAR? My sauce turned out sweet… I prefer sambal more savory. The lemongrass and grated lime are nice additions, but, next time, I’ll leave out the sugar. Lemongrass and lime earned the 2 stars.,230 gr of sugar, boy, that is a lot. how much of stevia do i put in?we do not like sweet.
