Jalapeno Rellenos, Great appetizer to serve with your next mexican meal , These are so easy to make, and everyone loves them The one change I made was to wrap each pepper with a half piece of bacon and bake till bacon is cooked well , An excellent appetizer with, strangely enough, ice cold white wine – I tried it in Alicante recently with Spanish Blue Cheese !! Awesome but sooooo fattening !!
