Directions
Midgnight Garden Chicken Casserole, This quick and easy recipe is ready in a jiffy, especially if you have leftover cooked chicken and rice! From the Lone Star Cookbook 1997-98 , Aggie Moms Club, Texarkana TX, I did not use 4 cups of milk – I just used 1 cup – I also added a bit more of fried onion rings, but nothing beyond these two modifications , I enjoyed the dish – the recipe was simple to follow The ingredients were readily available and made for a dinner and some leftovers
