Directions
Seafood Mix over Angel Hair Pasta, This is rich and garlicy!, If you are looking for taste, don’t make this dish. I followed the directions to a “T” and it came out fine but there is no WOW factor here. I even added crab. The issue: the sauce is lacking. You can’t make a great tasting dish with 2 cups of milk, some flour, and a dash of old bay and nutmeg. You would do better to just mix up some butter with some scampi seasoning for this dish. But, if you are in your 70s or have teenage boys who like things bland, GO FOR IT!, Very, very good. I had about a cup of leftover lobster meat to use up. I bought a pound of frozen jumbo shrimp to add to it. I subbed a pound of asparagus for the snap peas. I cut the asparagus into 2″ lengths and sauted it with the onion. Made everything else as stated in the recipe. Had about 12 oz of thin spaghetti which used for the pasta. Will make this again.
