1/4 cup matzo meal
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper
2 - 4 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
1 cup real maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon grated gingerroot
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 pinch clove
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
chopped mint leaf, for garnish
