Gnocchi Al Gorgonzola, This is a creamy dish It goes well with the gnocchuse as a main course or side dish You could use the sauce on other types of pasta too , We doubled the recipe and added some leftover baked chicken breasts chopped up Added a pinch of garlic salt but next time will use garlic powder as was salty enough from cheese I couldn’t get the gorgonzola to incorporate so used my stick blender which helped Loved how quickly this came together, will make again when in a time crunch Doubling the recipe made enough for 6 of us to get full off of with the chicken added in
