Cha-Cha Chili, This recipe has just evolved over the years. It’s more of stew than a chili in my opinion. Everyone always loves it. You can make it as hot or as mild as you family likes. We usually have crackers or cornbread with it., This was a very good chili, a little different with the addition of the corn and black beans. I made a directed, using 2 chipotle chilies to add just a bit of heat., A great change from the usual run-of-the-mill chili. Using chicken broth instead of tomato sauce made it taste like enchilada sauce, which I happen to love! used ground turkey and my DH said he could not tell that it was not beef. I did add 1Tbs.of flour to my turkey after it was cooked in order to thicken the chili. I left out the celery, added a can of pinto beans in addition to the black beans, and added the can juices from the beans and the corn. 4 chipotle peppers made it nice and spicy. I will definitely be making this again!
