2 garlic cloves
worcestershire sauce

    Wash Wild Rice in Cool Water and Put in a Pot With 4 Cups Water. Bring to a Boil Then Let Simmer For About 40 Min Until Wild Rice Is Tender.

    Cut Bacon Into 1 Inch Pieces and Fry in a Large Pot.

    When Bacon Is Cook Remove Excess Fat but Leave Approx 2 Tablespoons Add Onions and Mushrooms.

    Add Ground Beef and Garlic to Bacon Mixture and Cook Thouroughly.

    Add a Couple of Dashes Worcestershire Sauce.

    Add Cooked Wild Rice to the Mixture and Slowly Add the Cheese Mixing Well.
