    Preheat Oven to 375.

    Arrange Chicken in Casserole Dish. Pierce Each Thigh Once or Twice.

    Mix All Other Ingredients Together and Pour Over Chicken. Sprinkle Tops With Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper. Sprinkle With Parsley.
