Inside out Stuffed Pepper Casserole, This is from a local vegetable stand Agle’s south of Buffalo NY Didnt see any like it on here. easy and makes a good amount, I had sliced a couple of peppers for salad and had quite a bit left over. I thought, “Ah, perfect for a stuffed pepper casserole!” This recipe was almost exactly what I was looking for. I ended up making some major adjustments, and my end result was scrumptious!
