Spicy Baked Pork Steaks, A great way to prepare cheaper cuts of meat! These pork steaks are tender every time, spicy and good! Toss a couple of potatoes in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or so before adding the pork steaks and you have a great meal the family will think you spent more time on than you did!, Other than cutting this recipe down to two servings I made this as written. The barbeque sauce used was Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet n Spicy. The recipe was easy to put together and the results were delicious. I will definitely make this again. Thanks for sharing., Very good, but my pork steaks were a little on the thin side, so they the steaks ended up being a little over-cooked. I do intend to make this again…Yummy!, However, next time I’ll take thickness into account and adjust time and temp accordingly. Served this with a brown basmati rice cooked in watered down juice from canned diced tomatoes, the tomatoes too of course and fresh basil. I’ll also cut down on the salt as my wife and I are both supposed to monitor our salt intake.
