The EASIEST Pork Chop Casserole EVER, This is the easiest casserole to put together when you are pressed for time and tastes wonderful This was my neighbor’s grandmothers recipe (who owned RC Cola, if anyone remembers that!) so it is a very old recipe, yet still one of my favorites , Delicious recipe! It was just as easy as the title indicates I substituted zucchini for green pepper (my kids aren’t big fans of peppers) and it was great I might consider cooking it for a slightly shorter time next time, as the pork chop were a little dry (but not bad) , Delicious recipe!
