Baked Pork Chops in Onion-Sour Cream Gravy, I make this recipe on cold nights…the gravy is SOOOO good!! I serve it with whipped potatoes and I practically have my family licking the plate., Have to agree with reviewer that said it didn’t have the flavor…..boned in pork chops were tender, smelled great when cooking….sour cream diluted flavor. Sorry, but will not make again, Tender perfect pork chops! The sauce is addictive and would be great on so many different things. Chicken or even salmon would be delicious. I served it with mashed potatoes and a simple salad.
