    I did add the cashews, hence the name of the dish??. And, Id like to find an alternative for the ketchup. It doesnt belong in this dish. I also substituted coconut oil for sesame oil, and added fresh coconut at the end... Not bad.????? Stella

    Cashew Chicken,An authentic tasting oriental dish that can be prepared at home. This is a restaurant quality dish. Be prepared to share this recipe with others.,I did add the cashews, hence the name of the dish??. And, Id like to find an alternative for the ketchup. It doesnt belong in this dish. The ketchup was very distinct and too sweet for my taste but our 13 year old son liked it better than usual because of that.

    Combine Catsup, Soy Sauce, Salt,Worcestershire Sauce, Sugar, Sesame Oil, Cayenne Pepper, and Chicken Broth and Set Aside.

    Heat a Wok or Frying Pan to a High Heat and Add Cooking Oil.

    Stir Fry Mixture Until Chicken Is Cooked Through and Opaque.

    Add Bell Pepper and Carrots, Stir Fry Until Tender Crisp About 2-3 Minutes, Then Add Snow Peas.
