Easiest Chicken Macaroni Casserole, I found this recipe while browsing through my Betty Crocker cookbook and thought it sounded tasty. I love that you don’t have to pre-cook the pasta. The original recipe called for curry powder but I also like it with chili powder for something totally different if using chili powder, you will want to double the amount. Also a good use for that leftover holiday turkey!, this was so simple I could have done it in my sleep. Yet it was hearty and tasty and everything a casserole should be. Economical too! Perfect for a family. A bit much for just my spouse and I. But I don’t see the leftovers going to waste. Will tuck this away in my “no energy to cook” file., I loved this casserole years ago, but gave the cookbook to my sister who lost and found the cookbook a number of times. She told me I could find it online. I couldn’t recall all the ingredients but when I read this recipe I knew it was it. It brought great joy to print it off. I am soo glad you put it up. I love the chewy texture of the uncooked pasta!
