Soft and Chewy M&m Cookies,This cookie is BY FAR my family’s favorite cookie that always disappears first on the Christmas cookie tray! They are very simple, but kids and adults alike love this chewy, chocolaty cookie. I usually double the recipe, which will use one 12 oz. bag of M&M’s. You can make these festive by using holiday M&Ms, which I love to do at Easter and Christmas,It was amazing. used mini m&ms and white chocolate chips instead of normal m&ms. They turned out great,I made the recipe exactly as written. I was tempted to put 15 on a pan but I’m glad I didn’t because they spread quite a bit. I felt it was pointless to mix in only half a cup of the M&Ms because most of the scoops only ended up with one or two (if any) so I smooshed as many as I could fit on the top of each, so next time I’d probably mix in a cup and use the remaining half cup to top. I baked for 10 minutes and left them on the baking sheet for an additional 2 before transferring to a cooling rack. Overall I thought they were quite good and I’d make the recipe again.
