2 tablespoons minced shallots
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon butter

    Combine Remaining 1/2 Teaspoon Salt, Flour and the Next 9 Ingredients in a Large Bowl.
