DH loved these, as they are very chocolaty and have a cake-like consistency Me, I like the flatter, crispy oatmeal cookies – so these are good but not my favorites DH would argue that point, and for that reason – five stars! Super easy to make, and used half regular sugar and half monkfruit sugar That, along with the dark chocolate chips and oatmeal, qualifies as healthy in my book They tasted really good!

Drop Dough by Heaping Teaspoonfuls Onto Ungreased Cookie Sheets. Bake at 350 Degrees For 10 Minutes. Let Cool Slightly on the Cookie Sheets, Then Transfer to Wire Racks and Let Cool Completely. |
