Sweet Potato Ham Puffs, I found this recipe in a very old cookbook my mom gave me It was her first cookbook she had when she got married in 1953 , I am not going to rate this b/c I added an ingredient I wanted to leave a comment or two though I added some brown sugar b/c we like sweet potatoes with it The flavor of these was great Delicious However, they did not stay together very well I had a heck of a time trying to flip them They just mushed all apart I don’t know if it was the brown sugar or something else, but they just didn’t hold their shape for me I even tried baking them instead of frying them to see if that would help It didn’t I would make these again b/c they were yummy but I would not try to fry them I would probably make it into a casserole instead If you can figure out what my problem with this was, please let me know They are very tasty :-), I found this recipe in a very old cookbook my mom gave me It was her first cookbook she had when she got married in 1953
