    I had a severe chocolate craving and ran across this recipe. It was easy and fast and yes.....it did work the upper arms a bit. Oh, by the way, I had no chocolate and substiuted a rich cocoa and a little extra sugar to combat the bitterness. It was an easy and fast recipe.
