Crock Pot Country-Style Ribs and Sauerkraut, A Betty Crocker Recipe. The meat is juicy and tender., I didn’t have white wine, so used red instead. Worked just fine. I didn’t have a fresh onion so I substituted 2 Tbs of onion powder. It was a delicious dish. I had never made ribs in the crock pot before, but these were so tender., Going to attempt this….do I need to use caraway seeds?
