Easy Biscuit-Topped Turkey Pot Pie Recipe

Features:
    Cuisine:

Filling went OK; unsure if I made the pastry OK, as far as I can tell, what is 'biscuit' in the USA is a 'scone' in the UK. More usuallyt accompanied with a filling of jam & cream, when covering a savoury dish instead of pastry, the dish is called 'cobbler'. I attempted this, the 'biscuit mix' seemed to spread out & behave more like pie pastry, not individual scones like I have seen in Southern cooking, but they did look more like the picture above & tasted fabulous anyway. I enjoyed experimenting & will make again.

Turkey Pot Pie With Biscuits, I have a collection of cook books and usually look up a few of the same recipes and combine the ingredients I like from each recipe so that it makes it my own. This one called for chicken but works for either or just as well. So hope you enjoy experiementing with it as I did., Filling went OK; unsure if I made the pastry OK, as far as I can tell, what is ‘biscuit’ in the USA is a ‘scone’ in the UK.
