Smoked Chicken Sausage With Apples & Cabbage, Wanted to try this chicken sausage, Was a little worried as hubby doesn’t care for a lot of suprises He actually liked this one , This was a huge hit in my household Even my Hubby who doesn’t like onions liked it I did everything the same, but did not add the juice It still had a very rich flavor I will be making this often Thank you , Pretty good but no way this could have made 5 helpings I doubled everything but the meat (cabbage, apples, and onions WILL shrink down so used a whole head of cabbage) and about 5 is all I got Also, I didn’t want the dish to be sweet so used Fuji apples and instead of apple cider, used 2 cups of chicken broth and 1/3 cup on apple cider vinegar (remember I doubled the recipe)
