1/2 cup crumbled powdered milk or 1/2 cup instant powdered milk (known as "khoya" in hindi thickly mixed with very little water it should be very thick)
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
3/4 cup desiccated coconut
2 tablespoons pure ghee
1/2 cup semolina
1 1/2 liters milk
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon fresh green cardamom powder
1/2 teaspoon food coloring of your choice (use green and yellow)
4 4 tablespoons pistachios or 4 tablespoons cashews (or combination)

    Stuff Finely Chopped Almonds, Cashews and Pistachios Into the Balls Alongwith a Little Cardamom Powder.

    in 2 Separate Pans, Roast the Semolina and Coconut on Low-Medium Flame.
